AI Powered Refund Automation Agent

LangChain LangGraph Node.js Groq LLM

Built an AI agent to automatically analyze customer emails and verify refund requests using LLMs. Implemented a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval workflow to safely approve or reject refunds before execution.
